System wiring description and schematic diagram

1. Three indicators, Power: power indicator, Work: work light, Failure: fault light. When the power and work are on and the Failure is off, and when the circuit fails, the Failure is on.
2. Soft Boot This interface is a soft start/stop control interface, which works when it is short-circuited and stops when it is disconnected (the short-circuit piece of the next socket must be removed when using the interface control).
3. AC-L and AC-N are 220V power inputs, and OUT1 and OUT2 are output terminals connected to heating coils.
4. Coil reference parameters: (please refer to the comparison table below for details) Mica winding glass fiber braided high-temperature resistant cable, cross-section national standard 4mm² inductance is 100~150uH, about 20~25m (excluding lead length), the thickness of the insulation cotton is required to be about: tubular coil 15~25mm, flat coil: 10~15mm, rated working current: 10~12A, general working frequency: 10K~20KHZ.
